Green Climate Fund Approves Up to US$300 Million for Brazilian Projects

On 28 October 2026, the Green Climate Fund approved up to US$300 million for two Brazil-focused investment initiatives, which could mobilise as much as US$1.8 billion in combined sustainable investment. The funding targets areas including clean energy, battery storage, sustainable agriculture and industrial decarbonisation, creating opportunities for ESG advisers, renewable-energy developers and environmental technology providers.
